Gordon B. Heilmann (Managing Director) Gordon B. Heilmann has previously held the position as Director of Marketing Operations for a global company; in addition he is holding a seat on the board as Director for Serendipity. With 23 years of Direct Marketing and extensive Telemarketing experience Gordon brings a wealth of operational know how to you’re business. He has developed and launched various award winning marketing campaigns in the last seven years since living in Australia . Former involvement included the growth and public launch of a now global company in the US , listed first on NASDAQ and now on the NY-Stock Exchange.  Experience also includes operation of off-shore business and development in India and Philippine markets and prior extensively in Europe . In addition Gordon has developed and launched an environmental campaign with corporate support and has to date achieved to plant over 100,000 trees in Australia with the goal to reach the 1 Million mark by 2010. He holds degrees in Business and Logistics. He established Telemarketing operations from ground zero to staff counts exceeding 500 members. He is also a requested speaker at various marketing seminars throughout Australia .

Robin L. Heilmann (Director) Robin is in addition to Biest, operating a flourishing business (Serendipity Pty. Ltd.) which focuses on coaching/teaching the art of “Method Acting” and she is managing a large pool of inspiring actors as their agent. Robin has an extensive background in the Film and TV Industries has worked as a Teacher in the medical field and holds various certifications in the medical field as well.

Her strengths, knowledge and extensive people skills are delivering a great addition to Biest.

Ben M Daley (Director).  Ben Daley is an entrepreneur with a proven ability to take a concept from an idea through to fruition.  He has vast management experience and has applied this to various successful business interests spread across different sectors. A strong background in representative sport has instilled the strength and discipline required to succeed. Whilst still being involved with his property, share and business interests, he found the time to write his first book in 2004 and is currently working on the sequel.  His primary roles will be to work with the hand picked team to see his ideas and visions through to implementation.
